TOWNSHIP OF DERRY POLICE DEPARTMENT
HERSHEY, PENNSYLVANIA 17033

Members of the Derry Township Police Department participated in Eskimo Plunge 07 that took place February 3, 2007 at City Island. The Department raised a little over $1000 dollars for the event. Members that took park in the event were, Det.Sgt. Eric Singiser, Det. Rebecca Buckwalter, Det. Brian Romberger, Officer Matt Dotts and Dispatcher Nathan Hackman.

Members of the Derry Township Police Department dove headfirst into the Eskimo Plunge 08 determined to exceed the donations made in the 2007 plunge. The effort (spearheaded by Detective Buckwalter and underwritten by local business, family, and friends) managed to raise over $3,400.00 for the cause, winning the Eskimo Hero award for the highest contribution by a law enforcement agency. Participating in this year's event were Det. Sgt. Eric Singiser, Det. Rebecca Buckwalter, Det. Brian Romberger, Officer Dave Rode, Officer Jason Eisenhour, Dispatcher Brad Rhoad, VWA Amanda Hugendubler, and CSO Taylor Heisey.
